Today I received a call from a senior gentleman settled in Mumbai. He is originally from Rajasthan and runs a very big business of Jewellery, staying in a very modern part of Mumbai. He thanked me for my post in Hindi and asked me more about LCHF diet as he does not understand English that well. Since I do not like to steal credit I reproduced Acharya Bala's post as it is. I gave him some very interesting Rajasthani LCHF foods which his family will enjoy with him. I request Medfree to please post and explain LCHF in Hindi. Those who do not like any language should ignore the thread but allow others to take advantage. I will appreciate if some people with time and willingness can post interesting info in their languages and if they can post a synopsis it is good, otherwise there will always be nice people like Peace7 around. I see many people hear silently, but do not speak due to language. Some have lot of folk treatment knowledge, we need to suck it in. This forum is not for constipated, they can create a new forum for constipation.
You should get reults. This is a cure, not a control. I used to get upto 470 in morning after suffering and starving. Now I even eat mangoes and Gudamba which is raw mangoes and jaggery. Never had a year as good as this one.

Please I beg you, go natural. Closer u r to nature, closer u are to the Lord. If you are near pune, I can gift you one. Otherwise pls WALK down to a nearby nursery and buy 2-3 plants of sadabahaar and put them on yr terrace balcony. Fresh leaves, fresh flowers and the nectar oozing out- miniscule but yr tongue can feel it. I think Medfree once said that Ayurvedic medcines lose their efficacy during processing. I use to feel the same. Pure Amrita is way way ahead of capsules.

Dear Swas, thank you. See I am not a Doctor or Vaid. Like you all I also struggled with Diabetes. I had heard a lot about Sadabahaar and when I got a nice write up by Acharya Balkrishna who is the brain behind Baba Ramdev's Ayurvedic Mission, I said let me paste it as it is so people can use it as a starting point for a healthy discussion. Some Madrasis took it as a personal problem and demanded why I did not ranslate, some took objection as to why Hidi got into the web site as if they own the web site. Very often the original is sent as it is to be on the safe side.
I also heard that white are better as we hear from Mr. George Philip. One of my freinds on this forum told me that her BS drops very fast on taking the pink flowers. As per my experience the leaves are stronger but the flowers have a gentle curative action. The leaves also had a detox effect the first day as if the intestines passed though a laundry.
Swas I spent a long time being policed by family, nothing worked and lesser I ate, the more i suffered. Now I am 12 kg less and enjoying at least 2 Devgadh Alphonso mangoes every day, punjabi lassi with malai (thanks to My Friend Medfree), Roxse flower jam, Raw mango panna, water melon juice. When i am enjoying life do i care about a few sore lazy boned fellows. I like you and I will answer you if you send me msgs through the forum msg box. Be positive. I am not a fitter. I am from, IIT Chem Engr and a Topper in academics throughout. I have studied in Germany at a time when very few spoke English, then did another specialization in Italy where it was even tougher for guys who were unwilling to adapt. I have always enjoyed listening to Kannada spoken by people from Mysore. And there are some places, it's real horrible. Same is my experience with Hindi, Marathi and Bengali.

I was in an Ethiopian Airlines flight. Since it was business class I had a choice of Food. "Can I have Enjira" I asked. "Oh sure Sir" The hostess replied. " You like Ethiopian Food."

Dear Sukhram, all my postings are re: Type2. I do not know if anyone of these will work on Type1. I did read long ago that yellow pumpkin and its juice are very good for Type1. Pls study and act in consultation with a decent doctor. All the best for yr daughter.

Why do you talk to a lady like this? Do you know bad mood and irritable nature show diabetes out of control and constant policing by the family. We are not employees here, we share info with those who can understand us and with those who agree with us. When travelling I often hear people whose language I do not understand. So what? I still offer my insipid food, and they have shared lovely Mallu and Gujju food and plenty. Smile is same in all languages. No smile better than Amma's mate. Go learn how to smile from her and how to respect women.

Dear Mr. Philip, I have also used Yesaka - a few bottles. The taste is awful and the medicine is diluted/no good control on supplies. Waste of effort of drinking the shit.I have a small chakki and grind mung dal, rice, horse gram sometime variation with Jowar atta, Khapli gehun atta, barley atta and lots of methi dana, jeera- dhnia powder,salt, chillie, ajwain - haldi sometimes but will now add regular, also Kalonji ( Prophet Mohammed said that Kalonji can cure all sickness except death).
My girl makes Puris, parathas, kukis out of it. I also make Dosa/Upma. I ate Gruel/Kanji for long and my problem is I like NEW NEW and NEW.
I dy methi leaves and My girl adds it in most daals/veggies/meat as an ingredient.
Gurmar from Himalaya has not been good. I used to gulp the powder. I understand one can also drink tea out of it. Tell me More, yeh dil maange more, George.

Kalonji are small bitter black seeds sprinkled on top of Peshvari Nan. In English they are called Nigella Seeds, Latin name Nigella Sativa. If u post yr city, someone from the forum and yr own city will tell u, many good souls around. Some call them black onion seeds tho u can nevr get onions out of them. Punjabis add them in Mangoe pickle. Oriyas and Bongs - one of the ingredients in panch phoren. . By the way even the Bongs cannot beat the Oriyas in quality of sweets. Some say the Rosogolla was invented by them. Now pls excuse me, yeh dil maange more.

Do you know you can heal your pancreas by mixing black mud and bull shit and rubbing it on your stomach. Cow urine also is a big medicine for Diabetes and a Muslim elderly man, who used to look after my cows at the Hyderabad farmhouse so told me that it is very effective. Lord Krishna loved cattle and on the second day after Diwali people in the north, make use cow dung to make a figure in the court yard and pray and party in celebration of Gobardhan Parbat (The Mount of Govardhan under which the people of Brij took shelter during the floods). About Tamils- When i was vry small I was scared of boys.( Rahul was scared of the dark- so dont laugh). So my only friend in class was a small Tamil girl who was kind to me. Now off to a large glass of Red wine. I add Bael leaves to my Tabouleh and it comes much better than what it used to be in Cairo. The bael leaves in my salad are helping. Plus lots of olive oil in the tabouleh. Till 16th it is celebration time for me.
I like yr spirit. We got stuck in a Civil war once and were rescued by a Ship. Every one shaken and tired. I don't know how and why i bumped into the Chief Engineer. The guy shifted us to an AC cabin and arranged arranged same food as the one served to him and the Captain,( the one for the rescued passengers was real bad) and we drank and played cards in his free time. I live in mulund Mumbai. MY BS is 130 fasting and ppbs 175. i have checked randomly 140 -150.
I am on medicine and as well as prefer LCHF diet. Medicine is Glycomet GP/3 850 twice a day. But I am regularly having 3 pegs of whisky daily.

Sada Bahaar is easily available in Mumbai and very cheap plant. get 2-3 to have enough flowers. I have stayed in Mulund (E)- had a flat there. Plants and humans flourish in Mulund. Also used to be nice beer bars there. Don't know what the lathi wielding cop did to the poor girls.
