The internet is full of such diets, but the problem is they are all western-oriented..

A lot of those items are unavailable here or we are not familiar with them...

It would be really helpful if somebody, who is an expert on LCHF, may make a list of such a diet..

Especially, with local Indian foods.

I am a pure vegetarian,who occasionally eats eggs .I am unable to frame a diet regimen for myself.As medfree says .my Hb1ac hovers between 6&7 with medicines.Pl quote some high fat low carb veg foods.
