I take lemon water daily before lunch daily besides green tea with lemon. Started taking 2 tsp apple vinegar with equal water.

The same tips are also applicable to the diabetics, it appears to me, there must be some direct relation between diabetes and formation of stomach acid.

Its not organic one but naturally fermented one and produced in HP. I take in a glass by diluting with same amount of water.and will try to avoid contact with tooth enamel.
