Not full ripe fruit. Only half ripe and that too one piece one time. Then next day one piece. Diabetics can take, except banana, sapota ,mango, all the fruits but in little quantity. Fully ripe fruits to be avoided. Apple takes exception to this. It can be consumed fully

IN FACT ONE SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWING ROUTINE:.-

1. AFTERWAKING UP UPTO 11.30 NOTHING SHOULD BE TAKEN, NOT EVEN WATER. NO MILK NO TEA. AT 11.30 STLART WITH LEMON WATER WITH HONEY. THEREAFTER ONLY RAW FOOD LIKE SALAD AND VEGETABLESOR FRUIT PARTICULARLY PAPAYA CAN BE TAKEN AS MUCH AS U CAN OR TILL U ARE SATIESFIED. THEREAFTER AROUND 4 OR 4.30 U CAN TAKE SOME LIGHT BEAKFAST SEV MAMRA OR IDALI AND IN THE NIGHT U CAN HAVE SUPPER. U MUST AVAID ALL WHITE PRODUCT LIKE SUGAR POTATO WHITE BREAD and rice. Can take fruit juice.

this diet chart is neither practical nor feasible. Starving for nearly 14-15 hours after your dinner or supper is not advised bay any doctor.

Of course you can have papaya. It is not harmful at all. It would elevate sugar levels marginally due to fructose. But take care of quantity. One portion of about 250 gram of ripe papaya can be substituted by about 1 large chapati of about 75/80 grams cooked. Besides raw papaya can be had as vegetables or grated as salad. It is very good with low glycemic load and has great enzyme for liver & stomach issues, papine. Overall it is a great fruit to have.

You can eat ripe fruit as well. But sugar level will be rosen depending on your physical structure. Any way you can eat around 50 gms after each after food intake, but curtail your carb to that extent.

Thanks

We should all avoid taking refined oil cooked food . Instead we should go for desi ghee/ cow desi ghee .which is easily digestable. Because of refined oil we have diabetese as well as knee problem.
