Gokshura is a good remedy for enlarged prostrate problem. It is safe and no side effect. It is available with Himalaya company. I used this and stopped taking urimax tablets

U hv to get operated or go through pranayam of Baba Ramdev. There are CDs specific for certain diseases. If the problem is not acute and not malignant , it can be useful. Do tell what u decided and result for benefit of others.

Try R-25 available in Homeopathic shops. 10 - 15 drops in a tbsp of water, three or four times a day. I have found it quite effective.

Thanks a Lot to all Members who responded on my friend's PH problem.He consulted a Urologist in Chennai & is taking one Dose of SILODOSIN 40 MG capsule evry night for last 15 days. Herb 'Saw Palmetto' is very effective cure for prostate problems. You can get it from GNC shops (may ther is one in Mumbai) , there is one in the Iban Bathootha mall in Dubai, there are several in US/Canada. One bottle of 100 capsules cost about $30.00. Take one after dinner, drink lots of water during day time. Personally I have suggested this to a 75+ man , and he was freed of the issues like frequent urination at night. Better to take for 3 months every year to maintain the effect.

Yes, I am on LCHF diet generally . I try my best to stick to <100 gms carbohydrate intake per day. Being a diabetic for more tan 27 yrs I have been taking insulin and tablets. Since starting on LCHF I have been able to reduce these to Glycifage 500mg in the morning and 8 units of insulin (Mixtard) in the evening. My last five FBS readings have been: 56 (too low), 85, 100, 110 and 72 today. May be I have to make some minor adjustments in both diet and medicines.
