I am a diabetic for 3years I am on LCHF diet. May I take apple guava oranges?

My experience has been that as long as you limit your carbohydrate intake to 100 gms or less per day you may eat anything you like. But you must remember that the 100 gms/day carbs include also the carbs you get from fruits, vegetables etc.
