I think it is possible to suggest the mind, body and Spirit to ease. The sub-conscious mind is, it is said, millions of time more powerful than the conscious mind. So if any body can properly suggest the sub-conscious mind, it will act powerfully and tremendously, on our body, to ease and cure the body. New researches have been done on these area. After some time the medicines will not have such grip on human, as, people invent new medicineless method to treat diseases. Mindvalley groups' , new methods of meditation theories are capturing people attention. There are methods , of course to suggest or command Autohealing process in your body. Our Soul is more powerful than we think, but we are unaware the art of activating these powers.
