It is always helpful for others to respond if you can provide more info. It will help to get a right answer to yr problem. We do not know yr age, gender, medication you take. Have you checked yr Thyroid. What is yr HbA1c level.
In the mean time, pl do the following:
1. Do not worry about yr diabetes. Yr sugar level appears to be under control. Check yr HbA1c. Follow the advice of yr Diabetologist while taking the medicine. Some medicines are to be taken before and some after Food.
2. Do the TSH test. for the Thyroid. You may be in for a surprise. If you have not done a health check recently, pl do it.
3. PL ensure that you sleep for 7 to 8 hours daily.
