I am having diabetese since 7 years. I am taking Sugar Free (0 calorie) as sugar substitute since then. Can somebody tell me what is the side effects of this ? How many pills can one take in a day so as to minimize side effect if any ?
I have heard about Virechan - One of panch karm in Aryuved which can help in controlling diabetese. Is anybody has experience of this ?
