NIGHT MORE HUNGRY, THIRSTY AND URIN

I am 54 year old suffering Diabetics for the past 2 year My Sugar Level is 210 PP but I feel more hungry, thirsty only at night and will go for urine atleast 5 to 6 times after bed and will consume more than 1.5 litre of water, Can any one adviz what to do
