my sugar level is 300+ always from last 8/10 years at present i m suffering from legs burning heavily in night only below knee
You have neglected for a long time in controlling your diabetes.You might be suffering from diabetic peripheral neuropathy because of which you might be getting pain.You have to immediately consult a diabetologist and get your diabetes treated.You need not be worried but at the same time you can not ignore the problem.
You should start insulin therapy to avoid heart attack, kidney failure or stroke. After controlling your high blood sugar, you can go back to your anti-diabetic pills if so desired.
Controlling your blood sugar can help prevent nerve problems, or keep them from getting worse. Treatment may include pain relief and other medicines. Pregabalin is used to relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves) that can occur in your arms, hands, fingers, legs, feet, or toes if you have diabetes
Consult an Endocrinologist.
