I am 41 and fasting is 122 and pp is 180. doctors have given my glycephase 500 mg morning and evening + glimda 1 mg afternoon and night. diet chart helps me. but after getting supplementary can proteins and vitamin c tablet.... I AM FEELING WEEK, KINDLY TELL ME SOME ONE WHY?
