Sample Vegetarian Dinner

Pilau rice consisting of:

15g sultanas

60g peas

½ onion

15g cooked basmati and wild rice

handful of nuts (brazils, macadamias, almonds or walnuts)


black pepper


15g cooked wholegrain pasta

double cream with cheese and black pepper

handful of nuts

cup of greens

80g kidney beans

Notice the grain portions are very small, more of a condiment
