hi, my father is a diabetes patience n is he on insulin. he is under local physicians but i dont see any improvement even after a year.

i want to take him to best hospital where he can get the best diagnosis with proper medication and diet chart and all the advices. only hospitals where patient matters not the commission.

plzz guide me of some hospitals and their procedure for appointment. and plz also let me know how helpful was the guidance of that particular hospital for you.
