Can any body suggest a low cost ( <5000/=) machine for home use, just to burn calories. I know I can walk, cycle, swim, jog but still.......

    The blogger who referred articles from that site has been banned because he irked few HIGH CARB LOW FAT ADA Fans. That blogger like all dia betics who take control of their diabetes in their own hand, hated ADA theory of eating 60% CARBS daily.

    However, it's good to see that there are many forum members waking up to realities. Those who have long life ahead of them need to otherwise situation will only worsen with A1C control of 6-7 being called Good Control (so that 60% CARBS can be forced and medicines can sell)

    Moment you cut CARBS to less than 100gms/day your medicines reduce.
