i m taken janumate tb i daily b4 dinner at 8pm while in the morning 1 tb amirl M1. my ppis under control while fasting is not control and mostlt at 140 level. what should i do? i regular in walking approximate 3.5 KM daily with balance resticted diet.

Control your daily intake of diet. Stop taking sugar and Fat. Keep your carb diet low, in other words keep your diet balanced and eat slightly less than what you can eat?
