The moment you mentioned about erectile dysfunction and diabetics, I can confirm you that you must be having high serum triglyceride. High TG is also a basic cause for high BP.

Having high TG and diabetics, your HDL must also be lower. which means your Insulin resistance is also high.

Before jumping into medicines please confirm these results just testing yourself complete serum lipid profile.
