Protien high fat in hamburger and grass fed steaks, Seafood is high on my list of favorites will get my extra carbs. I need from risotto in these dishes.

I think we should avoid taking foods that contain a large amount of fats and carbohydrates.

It is important for me to only eat when I am hungry, too and the portion size I eat as well as the time as already commented. Mindful eating is important as well as chewing well for me.

I need my fruits for nutrients, but I eat no sugar otherwise except the occasional honey in small amounts. I eat a wide diet and don't stick to anything other than whole food and mainly organic. High fat or carbohydrate is not good for me.

I basically eat all of the above listed and a few more. I drink protein drinks and eat snack bars for lunch and bedtime snacks that have protein in them and that are less carbs..

Great poll, Hidden ! :-)

My diet is a mixture of all of the above and it is different on different days to get a balanced diet of carbs, protein and fat. It is a typical south Indian vegetarian diet except that white rice is replaced by small quantity of brown rice.
