In case of T2D, stress generally raises blood sugar. For T1D it can lower also ? Is that right Activity2004?

In some cases, the blood sugars can go down in type 1, but it depends on the person.

Stress and physical inactivity play a very important role in adding the sugar levels and are mainly responsible for it.

Stress is main culprit. When we are under stress, all other symptoms like lack of sleep, inactivity etc. come into picture. So one should try to cope up with stress.
