That's very okay, ramana42 . Walking is a good exercise to do during the Winter season. How far do you walk?

It takes time to get into the groove of things when doing types of exercises.

No high impact stuff for me.Suspension problems. I like Tai chi, though. They call it 'meditation in motion'.

Can you please help explain how to do mediation to velkumar ?

Its not a very difficult thing to do meditation... to learn I would suggest to read a book called "A million thoughts" by Om Swami. Excellent book!

Only walking when weather permits. I am from north India where winters are very severe. Doctor says no walk when it is foggy and cold. He advises tio walk in the sun preferably during winters.

Yes, and table tennis it is one of the most healthy activities going as you have to bend to fetch the ball, stretch to reach the ball both sides of the table, run, walk, concentrate, anticipate, laugh and more - the lot!

Walking when weather permits. In monsoon walking is not possible. One hour about 6 km. Walking at a speed.

I walk especially on fine days - away from traffic fumes as much as possible. I play table tennis - do housework, gardening if not too cold - not much for the last couple of months but walk more when I can.
