Have you found that the seasons (winter, spring, summer, fall) impact your blood glucose levels?

Maintaining normal blood sugar in winter is a tough task for almost all diabetc people.So,we must take special care of our selves during this season.Increase in physical activities during winter will be beneficial for us.

OK.

For us here the festival season is more important which throws us off the track

All festivals coming to an end now with just Christmas & New year left out next month

For us Deepavali is the biggest challenge. I just enjoyed this festival with lots of sweets & hence lots of spikes seen beyond the usual numbers.

Back with the usual diet from yesterday..

I dont think it is the temperature, I think it is the polluton. I had read an article some months back that pollution has adverse effects on diabetes. In my experience when I was in winter in Toronto at 0 to -7 my sugar was completely under control and in Mumbai it spikes madly.

Depending on seasons FBS,PPBS,RBS all chnges.It is stable during Winter

In my case I never noticed a seasonal fall, because this fact was out of my knowledge. If it is real fact please let me know which season is favourable ?

Moderate temp is favorable for a diabetic.

I believe my mood also affects my blood sugar levels. Also appears eating beef raises it.
