depends on your sincere efforts to keep your diet control and the regularity of your oral pills(some tend to skip without knowing)

once in 3 months should otherwise be ok

I am 63 years and having diabetes Type 2 for past 10 years. Till recently, I had good control on sugar levels with Kombiglyze (1000+5) and cetapin. These are not working now. My Doctor tried Eurepa 1mg thrice daily and then glizid 80 mg thrice daily. This failed to reduce the levels within permissible limits. Fasting levels remain around 150 and all PPs above 200. Where do we go from here.

If any body wants to be healthy then note :

|Please make some exercise with happy mood,

Be always happy , no stress on the mind.

Do Pranayam yoga by told Baba Ramndev . 15-20 minutes daily.

you will be happy and healthy .Take regularly medicines prescribed by Doctor.

Check blood sugar in a month. Also other things which you will feel abnormal.

Love yourself for long life.
