I am a diabetic person since 8 years .At present daily in the morning and night before taking food Iam taking Glycomet GP2 and after noon tenlimac 20 mg ten minutes before lunch and morning after break fast telcertan 20 mg and night after dinner rozucar asp 75 mg tablet.
Latest my reading are fasting 140 and PP 210.Please advice whether I can proceed with these tablets or to inform any suitable good tablets.

I would address your diet before worrying about whether you're taking the correct pills or the correct dosage. Reduce your carbohydrates to a level that your body can cope with and add some fat to your meals. Within a few months you should find that your blood glucose control is much improved.

Why bother doing the research? You’ll only state that everything is TOXIC except raw milk and honey and recommend Victoza which, as I pointed out to you, is just as toxic if not more so than any other drug you vilify.
By the way, Google raw milk and see what effect that can have if you’re not careful.
