Looking back in desperation

I am not getting satisfactory result from my recent prescription drugs as both fasting and PP sugar levels are not coming down. 2 years back I was prescribed Pioglitazone 15 and Voglibose 0.2 ; as an immediate outcome sugar level came down. All on a sudden the medicines were stopped and the docs switched over to other medicines like Glimepride, Metformin and so on but in vain. Recently when my BS sticks to a particular level, I am willing to look back and start Pioglitazone and Voglibose once again. Am I wrong?

Yes, please do not use both pioglitazone and voglibose.both have very serious side effects? If you can share your blood sugar levels, fasting and pp, then some concrete suggestion can be given,if you wish.
