Progesterone Only Pill
Hi everyone, I little back story, previously went on Cerelle/
Desogestrel
before my Endo diagnosis and it was a pill I had every little symptoms on. However, I had breakthrough bleeding and severe acne with it as side effects.

First period on progesterone only pill
Hey everyone💗 I was put on
Desogestrel
(the progesterone only pill) around 2.5 weeks ago to help 'manage' my endo while I wait for surgery and I would normally be due on my period in a few days time but I'm not really sure what to expect now I'm on the POP.

How do you take a double dose of desogestrel?
Hello, my gynaecologist has recommended I double the dose of my mini pill to try and reduce pain and stop my constant bleeding. I've struggled to find information on the best way of doing this - am I best taking one every 12 hours (eg. One at 9am and one at 9pm) or am I better off taking 2 at the same

Cerelle desogestrel
I've been taking 2x desogestrl tablets daily since January and have noticed the past few months cramping but no period, I've had to go to hospital for morphine to calm this, could this mean my endo has grown back even thought i only had a lap in March 22?

Hormone Help
Previously I was taking
desogestrel
back to back no break to stop ovulation. To say this didn’t agree with me would be an understatement, I bled every day and felt pretty much suicidal. Even though it did help with the daily pain/pain down my legs.

menopause/Desogestrel
ok, this feels like - probably is - a stupid question but… one of the options I have been given for diagnosed deep endo is
Desogestrel
to hopefully stop monthly heavy periods.

Endo regrowth after failed IVF
A couple of times between IVF rounds/procedures I was put back on
desogestrel
to avoid pregnancy but during my two rounds I was off the pill for a longer duration. AF has come on today and it has been the worst pain I’ve had in a long time since my surgery.

Confused about Symptoms
I’ve been taking
Desogestrel
for a good few years now (maybe like 4/5) - I’ve never had any trouble with it, get the occasional surprise bleed every few months but I’ve heard it’s normal when you suppress your periods for so long. I’ve been on it for so long now I get a years supply.

Mirena coil and double desogestrel. Is it too much?
Short version - I currently have the coil in and my dr has just told me to double my
desogestrel
. Firstly, I’m worried about the safety of this? Secondly I really don’t feel I’m coping with the hormone overload. Has anybody else had this treatment before? Is it sustainable? Will it get better?!

Pain over 12 weeks after op
I’ve not had pains like it before so I don’t know if it’s related to hormones (I’m on
desogestrel
and don’t have periods on it).

Does endo cause daily pain even when on desogestrel
I've been on
desogestrel
pill since November and have no periods but yet have this daily pelvic pain. More specifically does anyone else get more pain in the lower right side of pelvis? Sometimes I have no pain until late afternoon/ evening

Private Surgery worth it?
I'm currently taking
desogestrel
and it's been really helpful at managing my pain so I have been fine with the wait for surgery, however, I have updated my family who are really concerned and my parents have offered to pay for the surgery privately so it can be done sooner.

Anyone else had any experience with doubling up on the progesterone pill to stop bleeding?
I went to my GP who switched me over to
Desogestrel
and told me to take 2 a day as this pill is more reliable, and this will stop my bleeding. How long should I take 2 of this pill before going back to the GP because the bleeding isnt stopping?

Progesterone pill for Endometriosis
Long story short, I was put on the progesterone only pill named
Desogestrel
as I have had bad experiences/side effects with the combined pill in the past.
