I have this pain in my chest that keeps coming and going of just the horrible weight on my chest of heartache and stress and I just want it to go away for good so I can get on with my life. Help?

I'm going through a break up, I'm 1,009 miles away from family and friends and I'm still sleeping in the same bed as my ex.

Well I'm here if you always need to talk. But my first advice is try and get him out of your bed.

It's his bed, I moved 1,009 miles away from all my family and friends and I have no place else to go.
