I have been on allopathic medication Lithium 800 mg,paroxetine 37.5 mg,quetiapine 50 mg clanzapine 5 mg fluoxetine 20 mg. but no relief in depression.

Hi,

I have as well been on a mixture of anti depressants including fluoxetine, I honestly just felt numb. I seeked help from a crisis team and they suggested calming the mind rather than clouding it, because it's not fixing the underlining problem. I'm not going to suggest 'do your hobbies, be social etc' because everyone is different, but if you ever need someone to talk to just message me
