I can't tell you that EVERYTHING will be perfect and ALL of the sadness in your life will one day disappear, I wish I could but that just isn't the case.
What I can tell you, is even though there are some bad days ahead, there are also GOOD days. The rain DOESN'T fall forever. The bad just makes us appreciate the good so much more.
For now, just be as okay as this moment permits you to be. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF, eat, sleep, shower... Hold on to the hope of a good day, one is right around the corner.
