Just saying hello, found this whilst looking at depression and anxiety as I've just signed up got some CBT. I work on a Health Visiting team and at a Mental Health hospital and this looks like a great place for peer support.
I'm a surprise mum, I love being free and outside and learning how to tackle the daily curve balls life throws at you. I love helping others and talking and listening! Looking forward to seeing what this forum/site is all about, and giving support and receiving it when I'm having my own bad days 😊
