So I went to the doctors in the week to just get a professional opinion, and he said taking into account a couple of things that have been happening recently and in the recent past its normal and natural to have anxiety and mild depression which he says it it is after questioning me on how I was feeling. Which Im abit relieved about to be honest! He said all I need to be doing is talking to loved ones about how Im feeling, exercise regularly, eat well, get enough sleep etc! All the normal stuff I already knew haha.
Back home from the weekend with my sister and I feel so refreshed and happy again! Really good to get out of your normal routine and space and do something different and go somewhere different!
Hi Liz good to hear that you had a good weekend with your sisters. Yes for sure doing
All those things that the Dr. Mentioned will definitely help lessen chance of getting
Depressed and I think also managing your stress and keeping an eye on your
Mood will help you too.
I feel good myself. Had. A brunch with friend went to M&S For some food shopping
And then went for walk In park which was lovely but freezing cold Brr! Brr!!
Yes I was walking along and the thought struck me how grateful I am to be able
To walk and skip along so well. ( should mention that I had back surgery in early
Nov. Liz) so thank goodness I'm fine now. So it was good to realise that I am
So grateful for that.

Hello Liz
Good to here you have had a good weekend, and the GP feels you are doing well. As He said eat well, plenty of sleep and talk with those who you love and trust.
The weather has been bright and mild here today and we have been in the garden, planting fruit bushes, it always seems to lift our moods as well
All the best

Hey well done you for going to the doctors. It is good news you are feeling good again. You are right - time spent with loved ones is great and can really perk you up. Good on you. Bev x
