It's the first of the year, and I've already had a mental breakdown and ended up back at square one. I've once again fell weak and self harmed. I dunno why I cannot stay clean! It's like I go months on end holding everything inside. Suppressing all my emotions and stress, then one day something triggers my feelings off and I crack! I cut my arms and cut my face. I banged my head and punched my face. I felt empty and broken. It's been 2 days since the ordeal and I'm still depressed. I feel horrible and I can't seem to pick myself up. I haven't taken a bath in 2 days. I think I might be pregnant and me and my ex stopped talking. I'm struggling with life in general...I feel alone, scared, and helpless.
I relapsed :(: It's the first of the... - Mental Health Sup...

You really need to see your GP if not already, if you are self harming it is very important you take advice and your first call is the GP. You have not explained what stage you are at for treatment and if you are a danger to yourself.
If you are a danger to yourself you will need to telephone 111 and they may need to take you into care.
You can if required phone above number and ask to be voluntary be taken into care this can be done through the police or 111. Another way forward is tell 111 you at risk and they will arrange for a Crisis Team to visit you, this generally consists of two mental health nurses and a Social Worker. They have powers of putting you in a safe place, sometimes it can be a compulsory section or you can be assested and you can go in on your own. The Section Rules I have not had much to do with them for a while, they may also ask for assurances
All of above generally is when you are a danger, you should always talk to your GP if you feel you are expecting. As most treatments are treated very well in Society and depression in some instance can be controlled and treated.

BOB
I can't add to the helpful advice that Bob has already offered you, but please get some help and support. No one needs to feel this bad xx
From what I can see here you are crying out to get this sorted and that in itself is fantastic. You know this isn't right and by sharing it you know you need help and your not trying to deal with it on your own. There is always a safe place or person you can go to for support even if your not sure where or who it is. Things will get better and I may not know you but I'm proud of you for sharing this. Sometimes that's half the battle. Love to you xx
