how I am feeling today

I am a content person this afternoon, I have been eating chips, I have taken a lot of exercise recently, I want to talk about physiotherapy, I havnt had any, I think I should have, also I have through exercise improved my mood, often I feel physically sick, when I do I worry, I think its because Ii have been physically unwell in the past, I cant remember much about it, sometimes I would be in pain all night, and vomit up any painkillers or sleeping tablets, like I ate the whole sheep, I would end up calling ambulances at 2am for example, throough exercise and diet, I have achieved a good standard of living, emotionally, I have a temper, I have learned to control it though, It only ever amounts to shouting and swearing, benefits are a headache, the reasons I get them are fraudulent, without them I would not have achieved the health and standard of living I have done, for instance I get some because I cant prepare a meal, I spend it on food and I cook the food, the way I feel about it, is make an example of myself to try to explain how silly it is, one more thing, this is the first time I don't live in fear of a knock at the door, by people who take me to a place I don't want to go, and make me accept treatment I don't want to have, cheers. x.

everyone finds their own paths towards mental health, for myself an hour at the gym gets that spare adrenalin channelled positively. I am aware of the n.h.s offering an exercise referal scheme, not sure if it covers patients with depression etc, would be a good option if counselling/meds don't help or aren't wanted. Any one else had it recommened them on the site? In our area there are free 'healthwalks' during the week, bit like the ramblers. Happy to see that life is looking up for you.

Glad you are feeling positive. I felt fed up on Monday and asked what I should do on here. See my post.

It was suggested to have some structure to the week as Im on holiday from work and didnt know what to do.

It worked for me as I have been to the gym twice, been on a long bike ride, bought a new suit for a wedding Im going to on Saturday and even done a job Ive wanted to do for a while, putting wood stain on my garden shed.

It proves what you are saying that we find a way to cope with time. We still have bad days but my good days are more now!

The importance of physical fitness cannot be emphasized enough.Exercising does not have to be something boring and dreaded. It can be something that you enjoy that helps to increase the overall happiness in your life, as well as relieve symptoms of anxiety, stress, and feelings of depression.

Try to find some activities that give you pleasure, or even a buddy to do them with so that exercise is a fun and enjoyable activity.
