I had a front middle tooth extracted five days ago partial implant put in I'm in pain in right ear it's now day five. The implant keeps moving I can't eat I have ulcers under the plate, at one point as I was trying to eat it fell out, I can't get it back into mouth high enough into tooth socket please help

Sounds like a partial denture not an implant you have. Go back to your dentist to check things. Not sure earache will be related to a front tooth but you never know. Maybe use a denture fixative once the socket has healed more.

Warm salt water mouth ri se will help ulcers but dentist might have to ease/smooth palate.

Hi yes it's partial denture. Yes sometimes you can have ear pain as I've found out. I'm getting used to it as the days go by, and I'm trying the warm salt water thanks for replying. I guess it's something I have to get used to, having bridge fitted between 3 to 6 months approx
