Bit old fashioned...
š¤® it's better than the
deep
heat
or other rubs. I'm not suggesting it will work for any one else, I was just somewhat amused that the dreaded castor oil works for knee pain.

Can anyone help?
I have purchased some
Deep
Heat
muscle rub thinking it would help my aches and pains, but on the leaflet enclosed it states that people taking anticoagulants should not use it owing to the ingredients interacting with this medication. I take Warfarin.

Calf Pain and PAD
My legs are jumpy in the evening, I use loads of '
Deep
Heat
' on them every evening and they are interfering with my sleep as my calf's keep cramping when I am in bed. Even putting a Tens device on them does not help much.

Back/pelvis/hip pain?
The only thing that helps is
heat
-
Deep
Heat
or a hot water bottle. I'm stiff, and the pain can be sharp if I cough, or move too quickly. Sorry for three paragraphs before the question - could this be a PMR flare?

He took paracetamol & used Bio Freeze, similar to
deep
heat
. He got progressively worse, a GP diagnosed Frozen Shoulder over the phone, prescribed Co-Codamol & Naproxen. Within days he was in a state of collapse, couldnāt walk and lost a lot of weight.

Stressing
Although I'm feeling stronger; calf pain has improved with
Deep
Heat
(other muscle relieving medications are available!) and Strength and Flex exercises, I just can't get any quicker. I'm still 'running' at around 8 to 9 mins/km. My best parkrun time is 45mins.

The waft of
deep
heat
caught my nose and I became very aware that we were minutes away from the start. My heart was pounding in my chest. The marshal in charge of the call room called out our names in lane order and we were made to stand in a line carrying our bags ready to walk to the stadium.

medication?
I lather myself in
deep
heat
, Epsom salt baths, ibuprofen gels anything to help the pain. The GP decided now is the time to wean off all my medication as ātablets donāt help with medication and only exercise will helpā - is this the case or has anyone heard this before?

Internal Burning
I was put on Vagifem and a vaginal moisturiser but whereas my UTIās stopped the intense burning ( as if someone had put a tube of

Symptom Help
I have tried all the usual

Pregnancy pain relief
My usual go to would be
deep
heat
/voltarol/ibuprofen gel but none are able to be used during pregnancy. I've taken paracetamol but that rarely has any effect anyway. I'm not on any medication and I'm incredibly reluctant to take anything stronger so early in pregnancy.

Painful sciatica
I don't take painkillers -- they hurt my stomach -- but in the evenings sit on a heating pad and have started using
Deep

. I had a pre-injection assessment yesterday and can only hope the appointment will come soon. Has anyone had these injections? Have they worked? Thanks very much.
