Ear problems

51 year old had issues with eustacion tube since 98. Constant labrynthitis, other ear infection off and on over years.

Recent infection given spray to put in ears, i now cant hear it feels like its blocked its sore im dizzy and feel sick with pounding head.

HELP!!!!!?
