My current muscle relaxer,
cyclobenzaprine
hasn't been nearly as effective. I've been on it for years. Hopefully I can tolerate it cause it's supposed to help not only with spasms and muscle control but also my trigeminal neuralgia... so... here we go with another game of side effect roulette.

Question about Prednisone tapering - 5 weeks with hPMR
At 15 mg, my doctor gave me some muscle relaxant,
cyclobenzaprine
, to help with the neck pain, and for a few days my neck didn’t hurt while I was on 15 mg, and for a couple of days at 12.5, still no neck pain.I’ve been on 12.5mg for 6 days, and my neck pain has returned, but is very tolerable.

Cyclobenzaprine and RLS?
Has anyone else had good luck with
cyclobenzaprine
alleviating RLS symptoms? I have a prescription because of back problems but very rarely feel the need to take a muscle relaxer (my prescription is 7 years old and each pill is 10mg).

Any help/advice welcome.Desperate.
I think the
cyclobenzaprine
is a muscle relaxer. Which I don't want to take, as I'm already on xanax for the panic disorder. I'm afraid that may be too much of a great thing lol. I have gone and done a SIBO test, it came back negative.

Seronegative PMR
I was on Meloxicam (anti-inflamatory) and
Cyclobenzaprine
(muscle relaxant). I'm off all the meds now, but the pain and stiffness is coming back after receiving the injections. Does anyone else have seronegative PMR? How was it treated?

Fibromyalgia: A Primary Care Approach
Tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs) such as amitriptyline, serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs), and
cyclobenzaprine
have the strongest evidence for benefit. Others with some efficacy are gabapentin and tramadol; however, the use of tramadol to treat fibromyalgia is controversial.

At a loss
Taking Celebrex and
Cyclobenzaprine
. Pain was unbearable last night and this morning. I can't get down to the toilet, pick up after my dog or even brush my teeth without agony. The pain is now also in the knees ... front and back and my wrists are beginning to hurt.

Pain
Already on Gabapentine, Athrotec ,Amitriptaline, and
Cyclobenzaprine
. I have a new grandson and I want to be able to play , cuddle and love on him without being in pain. I know it is probably to late for the no pain thing but at least have reduced pain.
