Anyone with Parkinson's find inversion tables any help for stiffness?

My husband would like to try an inversion table after seeing them advertised on TV. Anyone tried one? What do you think?

My husband has Parkinson's and he has not used an inversion table. I used one for a brief period of time and I have knee problems and I was worried it was too hard on my knees. I think it is important to use one carefully.

I have been sorely missing the inversion table I used to have and sadly sold just before my tremors began. I wish I could get it back.

If I use inversion for 5 minutes or so I'll get a POP in my lower back and the backache subsides. It doesn't seem to affect my PD symptoms. I still have tremor and constipation, my main PD signs. The chronic back trouble goes back 40 years but I've had PD for 4 years.

I had been struggling with constipation and what I found that has worked for me is daily drinking 6-8 ounces of prune juice , heated up works best. allow 2-3 days for this to work.
