I have the Duo Coronet, and just found out, that the Coronase accessory for the Duo Coronet, is now available from WellRed.com.au. I have a Duo Coronet, and just ordered the new Coronase accessory. The Coronase in combination with the Duo Coronet will give the best light coverage of your brain.

Hello Michel

I was wondering if I could have your thoughts on this

I have the Coronet

I also have the VieLight including the intranasal component

It seems you are using the Coronet?

Perhaps it’s the strong endorsement from the Australians that I am inclined to former - despite it looking rather ‘simple’

To be honest I’m wrestling with which is more effective

Would appreciate your views

Ps I purchased the Bio-Melatonine Complex by Pharma Nord - you had mentioned in passing in another thread and it’s really excellent. Thank you

Kindest regards

BR

Hello BRThank you very much for your message.

My decision to go with the Coronet was entirely driven by cost considerations. Now that the Coronet has a nasal device I suspect that both are good solutions for anyone wanting to opt for photobiomodulation.

Happy to hear any argument to the contrary, in particular if anyone wants to look at the detailed technical specs of Coronet vs Vielight.

I believe it stimulates my brain (I can feel it). It is hard to attribute a clear impact on my symptoms as there are many things that I do (exercise, nutrition, meditation, meds) that have an impact. I have been using my coronet since December 2021 and plan to carry on and add the nasal device.

My husband has the coronet and the Therapad. I think they help reduce the jerking he’s been doing in bed. It’s certainly helped my sleep.

Can you let us know if you think this device helps.

i think all of these cheap 'red light toys' are a scam... i've posted several times on this with links to neuro research in the 'lab' ... do some homework before you throw your money away

But we've established equally many times that's because you don't understand the subject.

no... that's because you REFUSE to accept the science ... byeeeeeeeee... that was my LAST comment to you

It's obviously hard to ignore the possibility of a placebo effect. Especially when it seems to build up gradually. I have stopped using it twice, due to travel once, and the famous "round Tuit" the 2nd time and on both occasions my wife noticed and commented and insisted I use it again. It's not a miracle cure, but I sleep better, and feel better. Feel more positive. More of a person rather than a PD victim.

You could argue that given the hat and the therapad cost me £600 landed I feel obliged to use them on a cognitive dissonance basis to justify the spend. But I have shelves full of unplayed with expensive toys to blow that theory out of the water.

Don't worry about PD warrior. He is obsessed and doesn't understand the subject.

Thank u WinniedePoo!!!Many things work well for me that dont for others. Im quite sensitive to everything, positive and negative and if placebo effect carry me through bad days so be it! I follow those that i see thriving, thats why i ask you, follow john Pepper, dance to gyrokinetics do chi kung, acupuncture, and many little things that make my life a bit gentler. Its early days for me yet and i have no one but me to take care of me...for now i follow the light. Red infra red or of any color that help. 🙏🌞✨
