Dear Farooqji
Sweating is under the control of the sympathetic nervous system, which orchestrates the body's reaction to stressful situations and emergencies. The sympathetic nervous system activates the sweat glands through the chemical messenger acetylcholine.
Abdominal breathing and some yoga practices can help balance your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.
During the summer of 2020 I went through a very stressful situation. During every night I was getting completely wet like after staying in the rain. After a while I convinced myself that is not worth to get stressed for something I could not control. The sweating went away and now I sleep very well without any medication help.
