Pramipexole caused horrible swelling in both of my feet and ankles, which returned to normal within a week of stopping. I saw no benefits from it.

I have been on it for a couple years with no issues. Really helps with my restless leg.

While on Prolopa IMadopar) I developed Restless Leg Syndrome, and the Movement Disorder Clinic started me on Pramipexole 0.25 mg, 1/2 tablet each evening. It stopped the RLS right away. A year laterI had to double the dose. . No side effects, but is still a very low dose
