Sub-lingual pramipexol?

I take two 0.25mg tablets of pramipexol each night for restless legs. They take 3to4 hours to work. Does anyone know if there is a sub-lingual form available, and if so does anyone have experience with it.

Have you tried acupuncture for restless leg? A fellow pwp had a terrible bout with it for over a year, went to 2 acupuncture treatments and it stopped.
