Sorry this is an off-topic question, but this is an active forum with a lot of knowledgeable people, and I am quite stymied by this problem and don't know what to try next.
There is a supplement which I think could really help my daughter with her allergy problems called ImmunoBON. It is sold over the counter in Germany, but apparently not elsewhere (?).
I emailed the company asking is there is any way I can purchase it. I sent the message in both English and German (I used Google Translate). I got no response. I emailed a German store in California that ships all over the US; they sell mostly food but have some OTC pharmacy items - no response.
Nothing on eBay. I tried a number of online pharmacies - none carry it (they mostly focus on Rx products anyway).

Wouldn't "foods for special medical purposes" be classified as drugs (in the US & Canada)? If so, then there may be federal regulations prohibiting its sale since it is not FDA approved.
ETA: Btw, I noticed they also have offices in Austria.

Also, there is an online chat feature on their website. Maybe you could ask in realtime rather than email?
Since I live in Germany I could probably buy and ship it for you. You would have to pay in advance and also trust me though, and it could still get snatched by import customs. If you feel like trying nonetheless, shoot me a PM.
If you are an Amazon customer, I believe it can be delivered to you. I order regularly Ambroxol and although they say they can't deliver it, I always get it.
