My teenage son has used it for body building but has just had raised thyroid hormones so I’m not sure if this has aggrevated the condition.

This video suggests it could be helpful for PD

In the past I used it for leg strength. It quickly raised my hill-climbing power. But the trade-off was I'd get severe leg cramps, especially at night.

I use it, in my protein shake after the gym. It has been suggested that its neuroprotective, I've noted that my on times are longer and when I do get up thru the night to use the toilet, grab a drink I find Im less symptomatic.

Yes, I used it for years as a weightlifting supplement. It definitely works for that -- it is the only truly effective non-PED that I can vouch for in that regard. I have continued to take it for its reputed PD benefits. I'm not sure whether it's actually effective for PD, I just never stopped taking it.

Here's a link to a Parkinsons disease protocol which includes some beneficial nutrients. Creatine is among them and you can check their footnotes.
