I think God has a reason for keeping me on. My father we have the answer but he has departed. I’m not angry at God but my two brothers died when they were young babies. My grandmother and she would smile.
My wife is a wonderful human being. I have hallucinations when they dress up and never speak. My wife can normally say, it’s not real
I don’t know what to do. If god is the time, this is a good time. I think I God loves me, matter-of-fact he does love me.

It takes a lot of courage to put this in print when you are feeling this way and don't know why. I hope you keep writing your thoughts down. To have a loving wife is a wonderful gift but to have missed your siblings growing up with you is very sad. The Bible is a great source of comfort. Take care and know you're feelings are appreciated.
From seeing your profile, it seems you have lived a life of love and service for others. I would imagine that you are dearly loved by not only God, but many people. I wish you peace and comfort at this difficult time.
