Because of ankle surgery I'm spending my days in front of the TV. So no problems all day but abruptly at 7PM my left leg gets twitchy, I tolerate it as long as I can then take a ropinirole 0.5mg and I can sleep all night without twitching. Any ideas why the leg is fine all day while the twitching starts in the evening like clockwork?
