Shiatsu?

I have been recommended to try shiatsu massage therapy. Has anyone else tried this & if so what were the benefits/downsides. Thanks in anticipation of your replies

I haven't used Shiatsu on my Parkinson's clients. I have used relaxation and therapeutic along with a combination of essential oils in my massage gel that seems to reduce the tremors and spasms
