Hi I am on injections for Rheumatoid arthritis. Doc prescribed 40mg Sandoz which isn't helping. I read taking a good probiotic can help but dont know which to choose any suggestions appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, I'm not sure if you are still interested but some probiotics are histamine promoters and can increase inflammation, others are histamine degrading and will do the opposite. Try googling gut friendly or histamine degrading probiotics. Aloe Vera juice can be very soothing also.
