Dealing with pain

I have bone spurs in my neck arthritis in my back so I get pain in my neck and my lower back I get medications I get injections work sometimes it’s just so hard being in pain I feel alone because I can’t do nothing in pain I’m in so much agony

I also have arthritis in my spine and struggle with pain. Sorry to hear you’re feeling so alone with it... It’s strange I find because arthritis seems so common a lot of people don’t give much sympathy for it yet it can be so debilitating. Do you manage to exercise with it at all?

I try to do yoga and do the treadmill every day it helps a little bit with my arthritis stuff going on

I feel for you, as I get stiff aching fingers after work especially when I wake up in the morning! Often my feet ache as well or the balls of my feet start burning! 63 years old and still working as Kitchen Porter! It's heavy going in the moment! But working out and strengthen my muscles seems to help but not always! Help out to eat out in August is very busy in the restaurant kitchen, crazy at times!🌈
