Hi, I’m 29 and was diagnosed with RA and had an RA factor of 534.1 (that’s not a typo). I’m currently on hydroxychloroquine and methotrexate (I had to stop them for a 2 weeks because it was damaging my kidneys). I work out regularly and made a drastic change to my diet. This last month my pain came back, not like how it was before, but it’s back. My Dr wants me to wait to see if there are any changes in the next 3 weeks. Since starting my medication I’ve had 4 months of extreme peeling skin around my eyes and mouth. I’ve also had a few big rashes on my body that have left a mark. I’m afraid of what could happen next.

Look at the Paddison programme. It’s by Clint Paddison, who has nasty RA & came off all of his meds. I’ve got psoriatic arthritis and needed prednisolone, methotrexate, leflunomide & anti-tnf. With the diet, I’m now on alternate days 1md prednisolone. I think it’s helped a lot of people, so take a look. Best of luck to you.
