Intro to 48-year old, Sumit Bose, who's a journalist living in North London running his own media business. (SB worked for BBC.)

Sumit has the (invisible 😶 ) debilitating 😵 , life-limiting condition of Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA).

RA causes all bodily joints to swell — body attacking itself.

Sumit will try to heal himself from 'the invisible disease' of RA (considered an incurable disease) by following the Paddison Program (PP).

Diagnosed 3 years ago after months of pain & odd/ weird feelings of pain in hands, as if being hit by a hammer 🖐🔨 upon awakening.

Doctor informed SB of RA diagnosis & belief 'it can't be cured'. 😳

On drugs (steroids) to be able to function.

Tough part: trying to go out & socialise when on a restrictive diet.

Slip up. Gained a few lbs? Not doing too bad. Still taking methotrexate.
